Sarah: Set up the business in 2015 alongside husband Jon.
- Fun Facts: My all time favourite TV show has to be Bridgerton and I love a roast dinner.
- Favourite Part Of The Job: Meeting new people every day and helping people stay in their own homes. I also love reading the feedback we get which makes me very proud of our amazing team.
Jon: Set up the business in 2015 alongside wife Sarah.
- Fun Facts: I enjoy going to the gym. I have 2 children both living away at University. My favourite food is noodles and my favourite film is Dune.
- Favourite Part Of The Job: Every day is different. I love the challenge of repairing a stairlift that other companies haven’t been unable to sort.
Tyler: Working at Priority Stairlifts since 2025 as a trainee stairlift engineer.
- Fun Facts: My favourite food is curry. I play football in my spare time for Heanor Town Football Club and my favourite film is Baby Driver.
- Favourite Part Of The Job: Meeting new people and seeing the different aspects of customers’ lives.
Josh: Working at Priority Stairlifts since 2017 as a stairlift engineer.
- Fun Facts: I have 3 children and got engaged last year in Paris. My hobbies include golf and darts. My favourite food is curry and my favourite film Hacksaw Ridge.
- Favourite Part Of The Job: Repairing a stairlift to give a customer the confidence to use it safely.
