All stairlifts do require annual servicing and maintenance for them to work efficiently and safely. Priority Stairlifts offer an annual service for £85-£95.
Even if your stairlift hasn’t been installed by us, we are more than happy to carry out annual stairlift maintenance servicing.
We are also available for breakdowns and repairs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
A full service includes;
Checking of all nuts, bolts and screws relating to the stairlift and tightening up of the same, replacing where appropriate.
Thorough clean down and lubrication as necessary.
Testing of stairlift and remote-control batteries to ensure they are in good working order.
Checking of any wiring and PCB boards to ensure there’s no corrosion or damage.
Test and inspection of the main drive motor and the teeth (racking) of the stairlift rail.
Full top to bottom damage check to ensure there’s no dangers or potential future issues.
